Senior Advisor

Veronika Rost joined TCG as a Senior Advisor to strengthen the Digital Consumer Lifestyle division with her expertise.

She has extensive experience in the areas of product development, marketing and sales for branded goods. Before joining Philip Morris International as Managing Director Germany, she was General Manager Germany at Estée Lauder Companies, where she was responsible for the marketing and sales of 25 global premium and luxury cosmetics brands. She is characterized by her extensive leadership skills in cross-functional teams and is a pioneer in the industry, especially in terms of female leadership. Her expertise also includes the restructuring of organizations and processes.
