Malte joined TCG in August 2023. He is specialized on M&A transactions with a focus on the Consumer and Healthcare segment. He has gained hands-on expertise and in-depth knowledge in dealmaking through his previous roles at Ferber & Co., a Consumer and Healthcare-focused investment bank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised medium-sized companies and financial investors on strategic acquisitions and divestures.
