Carolin spent most of her career at GP Bullhound in Berlin, advising founder-led and private equity-backed businesses on M&A transactions with a focus on software and other technology-related business models.

She previously worked at MCF Corporate Finance, a Hamburg-based M&A boutique and in the investment banking division of Macquarie Capital in Frankfurt.
