Mainly advised medium-sized companies and their owners on strategic acquisitions or exit (succession) as well as private equity funds with buy and build strategies and in their exit.

Focus on B2B Software and SaaS: Business and productivity, automation & workflow, and financial software as well as office software for CFO and CHRO, FinTech, HRTech and hyperscaler add-ons.
